Summer time is hard for me to blog. I’ve been in school, two summer sessions. The first class I took was Intro to Finance. This class was hard, but not alot of outside work. I ended up getting a B in the class, which I was excited about. Now i’m more than half way though my second class, Intermediate Finance. This one is way harder than the first. I made an A on the first test, but only by the grace of God! I had a really good study partner. I’ve even started to relax a little bit. I took Maggie, her bf Robert, Beth and Bryan out on the boat last Tuesday. It was fun, but short.
Chris came to visit me this weekend. It was so good to see him again! It has been so hard lately. He seems to make everything better and always make me happier. We spent Friday morning loating down the river, then watched a movie, then go on the boat and swam and talked. It was a real good day. Saturday was quite the opposite. We met mom and daddy and drove down to the Farm in Tennessee. He meet my two uncles, Uncle Bud and Uncle Jerry, and Aunt Teppie. We rented a U-Haul loaded it up with furniture for my new apt next year. I’m real excited about it. We didn’t get home until late that night. We sure were tired!
I’ll try and keep you updated on more of my summer, but no promises!
So one of my goals for the summer is to grow in apologetics and all around knowledge of how to have good conversations with people who do not believe in God.
My mom sent me this link and i think it is spectacular. Check it out: Here
I went to the beach on Saturday with Chris’s Family and a group of their friends. It was awesome and I was stoked. Perfect weather, not to hot, nice breeze, lots of sun. The water was cold, but Alex made me get in with him and I really enjoyed it after I did get in.
I lounged around soaking up some rays. Did some studying for school, it was so nice. Until I fell asleep on my stomach… I used some 30 spf, but obviously not enough! I am so crispy fried it’s not even funny. Walking is so painful, cause the backs of my knees got it good. I fully expect my back and maybe my legs to peel. Should be fun.
